Fred Ravetto, over 30 years of experience in international sales, distribution and general management working with USA manufacturers in leadership roles and consulting assignments.

He acquired much of his international experience with the Nash Engineering Company of CT, a $220 MM/yr multinational manufacturer. As VP/General Manager he led the start up of an Asia distribution subsidiary, opening wholly owned assembly/distribution centers and developing local selling organizations. As President, he directed the growth of Nash’s Asia business to over 15% of company turnover. Under his direction Shanghai Nash’s ISO9000 operations became skilled in component localization, project management, engineering, and sales, evidenced by its qualification and approval by GE to supply China power station projects.

Fred has lived and worked in Europe and also is experienced in Mergers
and Acquisitions, their planning, and integration. As a consultant he has
worked on a number of assignments ranging from China market entry to
outsourcing projects and joint venture deals.

Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from
Clarkson University and an Executive Development certification from
Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management.
